Dental Anxiety and Fear

Fear of the dentist and dental anxiety keep most people from seeking the care they need.  We understand this, and empathize with these feelings of anxiety.

Dental fear often stems from four areas:

  • Fear of embarrassment about dental neglect
  • Fear of pain - often remembered from past experiences
  • Fear of loss of control
  • Fear of unknown costs

One of the most effective ways to deal with fear is to express it - let us know how you feel!  You'll find each of us empathetic and eager to help you turn your anxiety into trust.
